60T/24H Wheat Flour Milling Machine in Brazil

60T/24H Wheat Flour Milling Machine Line was designed , manufacturer and installed by us in Brazil.

The machine was delivered as a complete plant to processing Wheat in to fine flour.

There are several section to compose the whole wheat milling machine line.

1. Wheat Clean Section: incuding various clean machine to remove diffdrent impurities in or attached onthe wheat and conditioning the cleaned wheat at correct moisture befor milling.

2. Wheat Milling Section: Wheat was grounded into different size, endosperm was separated with bran through several milling and siftingto get fine flour as more as possible.

3. Packing Section: Fine wheat flour was send to the packing machine which can realize the action of weighing, filling and sewing, saving labor and strength.
