30 TPD MAIZE MEAL MACHINE IN KENYA

Since our exhibition in Kenya in June, lots of customers came to China to visit our factory after that.Last week, we received a maize dealer from Kenya. His first time to China,especially for to see our Maize Flour Machine, after visiting our Goldrain Factory, we show him a running Corn Flour Mill Plant,it is a full-auto processing technology.All we know, in Kenya 90% people eat corn flour as their staple food everyday, they called Ugali, which is made by white corn flour (corn meal) .According to customer's demand ,we design a new technical for him. He can get 2 different final products at the same time, also make sure the flour quality .

In the grain cleaning system, we adopt the wet way (the damper) to clean the dirty maize, the water fully enters the corn body，the endosperm is easy to separate from the bran,thus keep the bran complete and big, which is also good  for the animal feed, the animal feed price almost same as the corn flour, big demand also in Kenya market;most important is improve the flour quality and yield ; also the Corn Peeling Machine (degerminator),while working it will remove the corn peel and select the corn germ out.

In the Milling system, we adopt the Roller Mill and Sifter working way, Fully rolled the endosperm into flour, and Double bin sifter classification different granular sizes flour.Thus , we can get both super fineness corn flour and corn grits.

In the last Flour Packing Part, we prepare 2 options: 25-50kg/bag Full-auto Flour Packing Machine , 1-5kg/bag Small Bag Flour Weight Scale with Sewing machine .
